Delicious carrot fritters
Vegetarian carrot-coconut muffins
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Mix the flour, stevia, baking powder, salt, and 2 tablespoons coconut.
Stir in the milk, oil, vanilla, and stir.
Add the carrot and leave the dough for 5 minutes until warmed up frying pan.
Fry small pancakes on both sides until Golden brown. Each pancake sprinkle with nuts and then just turn it upside down.
Serve with coconut and warm maple syrup or honey.Cook with
