3 flour bread on apple mashed

The bread is heavy, hearty and aromatic. Apple puree does not feel at all.

Cooking time:

  • 20 minutes on batting.

  • 5 hours on the way

  • 30 minutes to baking




The inventory will require:

  • bowl

  • 100ml

  • crown

  • tablespoon

  • towel

  • flour-sifter

  • baking-paper

  • stove



Ingredient:

  • 2 cups + a handful of whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1 cup rye flour

  • leaven

  • 100g applesauce

  • 1 cup of warm water

  • 1 tablespoon of silane (or honey, or agave nectar, or sugar)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • on a large handful of linen and sunflower seeds, a little poppy





How to cook:

1. In a large bowl, mix warm water, silan, salt, sourdough, apple puree.

2. In the bowl sift all the flour, add seeds and poppy, leaving a little for sprinkling the top.

3. Knead the dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands. If it sticks, add whole grain flour a little bit and mix more.

4. Mix the dough for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the bowl with flour, lay the ball out of dough and sprinkle it with seeds for beauty.

5. Cover the bowl with a towel and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Once during this time, grind the dough.

6. Carefully lay out the dough on a pan covered with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees and 10 minutes at 200, for roaring.
