Outdoor Apple pyrogenicity for the basics
- 1,5 tbsp. flour
- 0,5 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g butter (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp liqueur or vermouth (optional)
Ingredients for the filling
- 1 kg of apples
- 750 ml of the clarified Apple juice
- 2 pack. 40 g of vanilla pudding (you can substitute potato starch)
- sugar to taste
Ingredients for the top layer
- 400 ml natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons (from top) instant gelatin
- powdered sugar
Cooking
- To ask in a bowl the flour with the baking powder and icing sugar. Add the egg, softened butter, pour the alcohol and immediately knead a soft dough. If necessary, add more flour. Put the dough in the fridge.
- Apples cleanse, slice thinly or cut into small cubes. Spray with lemon juice.
- Pudding pour Apple juice and cook according to the instructions on the package. On the fire for a long time do not hold, since the mass quickly solidifies. Hot pudding pour in the apples, stir.
- Roll out the dough, spreading on bottom and sides of the form. For this cake it is convenient to use the form with the split bumpers. Pour pudding with apples in the form.
- Send cake to be baked for 1 hour at a temperature of 170 degrees. After baking the fire off but leave the pie in the oven for another hour (with the door closed). After cooling, without removing it from the form, send in the refrigerator overnight.
- Make the top layer of the pie. Dissolve gelatin in 50 ml of hot water, cool. Whip the yogurt with powdered sugar, still whisking, pour the gelatin. Pour over pie. Send the dessert in the fridge, and an hour later you can call home for a tasting!
