- 1 pkg. (500 g) ready-made puff pastry
- 300 g of cheese
- 4 eggs
- 150 g melted butter
Ingredients for filling
- 200 g of sour cream fat content 15% or sour milk
- 2 eggs
Cooking
- Unfreeze the puff pastry according to instructions on package, divide into several parts, and then roll out each until translucent.
- Mix cheese with eggs. Ready stuffing put portions on the rolled out layer of dough, brushed with melted butter, and gently roll up into a loaf.
- Rolls put in a baking pan, again brush with oil.
