Lazy banitsa in Bulgarian: prepared quickly, and the result is always infinitely happy!

Banitsa — is perhaps the most famous dish in Bulgaria. And regional towns and in Metropolitan areas of bantariza enjoyed continued popularity. They usually offer several types of Banjica, and even sour milk and buttermilk. Every tourist simply must try this dish!

Cooking
  1. Unfreeze the puff pastry according to instructions on package, divide into several parts, and then roll out each until translucent.
  2. Mix cheese with eggs. Ready stuffing put portions on the rolled out layer of dough, brushed with melted butter, and gently roll up into a loaf.
  3. Rolls put in a baking pan, again brush with oil.


  4. To prepare the sauce, mix the sour cream (or sour milk) with eggs. Fields with a mixture of rolls and shake a little form to fill distributed evenly.


  5. Bake banitsa in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until Golden brown.
