Lazy dumplings in skovorodynivka
- 3-4 tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 0.5 kg of minced meat
- 1-2 bulbs
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. water
- vegetable oil for frying
- salt, pepper, favorite spices

Cooking
