Wise is a particular Eastern practice which promotes proper distribution of positive energy in the subtle channels within the human body. In other words, this is a special gymnastics, allowing to control the energy of the person, acting on it through the energy channels of the fingers.





Today we will learn how to perform a few basic wise, which will provide a burst of energy and gives vitality. Each exercise should be done daily for 1 minute.
