How to sculpt dumplings gypsy so that the whole camp was full, and there was no extra dough

You can buy the most expensive dumplings in the supermarket, but their taste will never compare with a home dish. And it is all the more surprising that people continue to absorb this questionable purchased products with incomprehensible filling, although dumpling - easy task. So why not please yourself and seven delicious lazy dumplings cooked in your own kitchen?



Dumpling at home Ingredients of the test
  • 300g flour
  • 100 ml of hot water
  • chicken-egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Farm ingredients
  • 500g mince
  • 150g onion
  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 50 ml of cold water


Preparation
  1. In a container of hot water (about 50 °C), add salt and stir, and then pour the contents into the flour. Here, break the egg, and start mixing the dough with a spoon. Add a tablespoon of oil (possibly olive, or even ordinary sunflower) and stir with your hands a little more so that the dough remains soft. Then give the dough a few minutes to stand.



  2. Prepare the surface for the dough, sprinkle it with flour. Stir the dough for a few minutes, then put it in a bag and send it to the refrigerator - let it "rest."



  3. In the meantime, you should do the filling for dumplings. In our case, a pig's neck and a large bulb are taken. You need to pass the meat with onions through the meat grinder, then salt and pepper. You can add paprika with zira. Although spices can be chosen for your taste. Stir until a homogeneous mass, then add water and stir again.



  4. On the sprinkled flour surface roll the dough as thin as possible. Then cut it in long stripes about 2-3 fingers wide.



Simple sculpting dumplings at home Now it's time to sculpt dumplings! To do this, lay out a small lump of minced meat on the edge, and then roll the strip of dough from one edge to the opposite one time, then the second, and finally the third. It remains only to carefully cut and press the dough on the edges. The first dumpling is ready, and then it will go faster.



In boiling water add bay leaf, pepper peas and a little salt. Here also throw dumplings and stirring noise, boil for about three minutes. Don't forget to lubricate the finished dumplings with butter. And already on the plate put a large spoon of sour cream and some fresh greens. Bon appetit!
