- 500 g puff pastry
- 300 g of cheese (such as ricotta or almette)
- 150 g parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g greens
Half of our dough is rolled out thinly enough. Roll out the dough and sprinkle on cream cheese and grated Parmesan.
Sprinkle with finely crumbled garlic and herbs, cover the second part of the test. Pre-roll it to a similar thickness as our initial formation.
Cut into thin strips and set in a hot oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Baked sticks share and serve.
