- 1 bunch Kale, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 avocado, cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 bunch of arugula
- 1 small tomato, cut into cubes
- 1 radish, cut into cubes
- 2 large olives, pitted
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
