Morning SUPER drink — good for blood and energy for the whole day!

Vegetables rich in nitrogen, such as beets increase blood flow to the muscles, and this means that you will get more energy and become more resilient.

Smoothies from beets and strawberries

2 servings

Ingredients :

  • 1 handful fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 raw beet, peeled (grated if you don't have a high speed blender)
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons dried Goji berries (optional)
  • 2 fresh pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 inch fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground vanilla or extract
  • 1 Cup almond or grain milk




Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth. Add water if smoothie is too thick. Drink freshly prepared.
