Warm salad with zucchini and feta.

 - 1 small zucchini (about 300 g)
 - 40 g feta cheese / cheese
 - 1 tablespoon raisins
 - 1-2 tablespoons pine nuts
 - 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
 - 1 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
 - 1/2 onion
 - 1 small clove garlic
 - Salt, pepper
 - Olive oil for frying
Toast the pine nuts on a dry frying pan until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl. Zucchini cut into slices 5-7 mm in width and each circle in half.

In a frying pan heat the olive oil and fry the zucchini (with onions) until golden brown a few minutes. In a frying pan add the balsamic vinegar and stir.

Put zucchini in a bowl with nuts. Add raisins, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled feta / cheese. Melkoporezanny add a clove of garlic. Stir, add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
