A glass of milk in the morning helps to Wake up

If You are unable to Wake up during the day, low levels of vitamin D may be the cause of this. A recent experiment showed that people experiencing chronic fatigue, have a very low vitamin D levels, below those sometimes feels sluggish during the day.

 




"The lower the level of vitamin D in the body, the greater the risk of developing sleep problems such as insomnia or sleep apnea," – says the lead author of the experiment doctor David McCarthy, Professor of medicine at the University of Louisiana.
