As rice bran oil help to lose weight?

Not so long ago published a study which evaluated the effect on the weight of the oil from the husk and germ of rice (30 g / day) as a component of a low calorie diet (1400 kcal / day).





On the background of this diet from all participants after 4 weeks marked reduction of weight. Among patients who received the oil from rice husk compared to those who did not use it, revealed a significantly more pronounced decrease of total cholesterol and triglycerides, low-density (so-called bad cholesterol).





Regarding the exercises, published the results of experiments which were conducted in two groups of patients during 12 months. One group participated in aerobic training combined with a special form of strength exercises, the other group – the control group.

A year in the group that performed the exercise, it was revealed the decrease of fat content in the body, but differences in body mass were not.
