How to improve eyesight by yourself?

As the condition of our eye muscles (and with them, and have to work) affects a General condition of the body, you should start with a restorative and relaxing exercise for the body.
If opticians did not limit you to physical exercise, do some exercise (don't overdo it!), which allow you to literally rush of blood to the head. Good in this respect, different head tilts and abdominal exercises. For example, from the prone position at the same time try to raise the torso and the legs 5-10 times – with the mandatory relaxation after each lift.





After this warm-up part and before the beginning of training also focus on being relaxed in the first place – the eye. To relax the eye muscles use a technique called palming. You need to sit up straight, fold their hands "cupped" and to cover the formed cups closed eyes so that the palm is not touching the eyelids.





Sit in this position 10-15 seconds, take hands, and in another five seconds, open your eyes. This exercise should be done a few times a day. Thus, depending on the weather, hands in front of or exercise you warm up by rubbing together, or cool down in the cool water.
