Roasted salmon with Clementine

Ingredients:

3 Clementine (Mandarin)
2 onions, dill
salmon fillet, 500 g (skin)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt-to taste



Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Cut 2 sheets of foil with a length of approximately 50 cm.

Put foil on a baking sheet (or form) one sheet to another, so to get cross.
Clementines (or Mandarin oranges) cut into rings.

One Mandarin — 4-5 rings.

Lay rings of the Mandarin on the foil in a single layer. Add the coarsely chopped onion and branches of dill. Put the salmon fillets, drizzle with olive oil and a little salt.

The loose ends of the foil to unite in the form of a dome, so that over the fish of the free space, i.e. it must not touch the foil.

Bake salmon in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.

After the time remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes, then open foil.
