Today, Jamie is preparing a quick and healthy meal again. On the agenda is fragrant salmon with vegetables that will be baked in the oven and will be a delightful addition to fish.

The recipe for baked salmon with vegetables Gotta:
4 stems of green onion with white part
2 sweet peppers
1 chili pepper
salt
freshly ground pepper
any spices to your taste (camin, cinnamon, oriental mixture)
olive-oil
1–1.5 kg salmon fillet
half-lemon

How to cook:

1. Slice the green onions in small rings. Sweet peppers clean from seeds and cut in circles 2 cm thick. Chili peppers cut into thin circles.

2. Put the vegetables in a baking uniform. Supplement with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, any spices to your taste and olive oil. It's a good mix.

3. Put the salmon in the form of vegetables and thoroughly rub the mixture into the fish.

4. Burn in "Grill" mode for 25 minutes.

5. Water the finished salmon with lemon juice. Serve with sour cream.
