What You are not aware of the tangerines

 





Somehow it happens that every year the first sign of approach of New year are tangerines. They appear in all stores, attracting us with bright skin and a tantalizing aroma. But the cost to try one a tangerine, as a whole package at the moment empty. Why does this happen?

First, we look at what is "tangerines". And so, the Mandarin is the fruit of the citrus Bush. But not everything that is sold in supermarkets, a tangerine, often it is the hybrids:

Why do many of us love these citrus? The answer is simple: they are very useful, therefore, the body requires!

Benefits:

Excellent source of vitamin C and Magnesium

Mandarins are anti-inflammatory agent

Very useful in diabetes – reduces blood sugar levels

The essential oil from this citrus is uplifting (notice how a pleasant smell of fruit when it is clean?)

At the temperature, the mandarins act as a natural analgesic

Regular consumption of oranges improves metabolic processes in the body

Very well improve appetite

A cold decoction of tangerine peel have a positive effect on expectorants processes

For cosmetic purposes the fruit can be used in skin diseases (acne and some fungi)

And mandarine oil is very popular cellulite remedy.

But we should remember that there are exceptions to the rule. For example, pregnant women can eat only 1-2 tangerines a day, and if more – it will cause diathesis a future child. And consumption of these vegetables in significant quantities is undesirable for those who have diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (gastritis in the acute stage, the ulcer, colitis, etc.)

Interesting: from 1 kilogram of fruit — 380 calories ( approximately 38 calories in 1 tangerine), tangerine, therefore, diets are becoming more popular.
