(for 20 kebabs)
skinless chicken breast
3 lemons
rosemary
garlichead
olive-oil
20 strips of bacon
salt, pepper to taste
20 sprigs of rosemary with long stems
How to cook:
1. Cut the chicken breast into 20 strips 1 cm thick.
2. Carefully with the help of vegetable peels cut the peel from lemons.
3. In a mortar, fold the peel, rosemary leaves, salt and pepper and crush it properly. Add a head of garlic and crush again. Pour some olive oil, mix it.
4. Marinade thoroughly rub in chicken fillet.
5. String the chicken on rosemary stems, pre-soaked in water or olive oil so as not to burn, and partially cleared of leaves. If you do not have rosemary sticks, no problem, use ordinary wooden swords.
6. Wrap each barbecue in a strip of bacon.
