For 4 cakes: • 250 g of flour with baking powder + a little more on the powder • 250g natural yogurt • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed, thinly cut
1. Mix in a bowl of flour with yogurt, baking powder and a pinch of salt until uniform. Sprinkle your hands and work surface with flour and continue to stir the dough manually for a few minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll in a circle 2 mm thick. On top, lay out the jalapeño slices, sprinkle with salt and squeeze them slightly into the dough.
3. Well warm up the grill pan and roast on it cakes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
