Fresh fresh: tangerine mojito and crimson-mint lemonade
Summer is back and we’ve decided to make summer cocktails.

Mandarin mojito
We offer to look at the classic mojito in a new way and cook it with tangerine. It is this citrus, combined with fresh mint and lemon juice, that will make the cocktail truly enchanting.
Gotta:
300ml freshly squeezed tangerine juice
80ml sugar syrup
10g fresh mint
50ml lemon juice
400 ml of carbonated water
1 mandarin
ice, if desired
How to cook:
1. Clean the mandarin and divide into slices.
2. Put all the ingredients in a jug and mix.

Raspberry-mint lemonade
Extremely tasty lemonade with raspberries (apologies for the pun). The ideal option for both a noisy company and a quiet cozy warm evening on the summer veranda together.
Gotta:
100 g puree from fresh raspberries (if you do not find fresh raspberries, feel free to make puree from frozen berries)
70ml lemon juice
100ml sugar syrup
10g mint
lemon
a few berries of fresh raspberries (you can not add)
400 ml of carbonated water
ice, if desired
How to cook:
1. Half the lemon cut into thin rings. Put all the ingredients in a jug, putting raspberries at the very end, and mix everything thoroughly. You can add ice.
