Raspberry Compote Ingredients
  • half-liter can of raspberries (full)
  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 tbsp sugar (200g)
  • 2-3 sprigs of mint
  • 0.5 tsp citric acid

  1. Raspberries need to be washed and washed (especially if they are purchased). We recommend doing this twice. If the raspberries are their own, then you can just go through it.



  2. Pour raspberries into a clean three-liter jar and put sprigs of mint there as well. Pour boiling water all the way to the top and cover the lid for 10 minutes. Then pour the water into the pan.



  3. Add sugar and citric acid to the water, mix well so that the sugar dissolves. Put the pot on the fire and let it boil.
  4. Pour the hot syrup into the jar to the very top, then cover the compote with a sealed lid. It remains to turn the can over, wrap and wait for it to completely cool down. Done!





Waiting for winter is not necessary, especially since we promised you a fresh drink! Do the same thing, just don't roll the jar with a sealed lid, just cover it and let it cool. Together, two or three sprigs of mint add twice as much. Forget citric acid. lemonJust do it when you pour hot syrup. However, you can just squeeze the juice into the already ready mojito - a pleasant refreshment!
