Berry cheesecake in 20 minutes, which does not need to be baked



Even if there is no bakery nearby, and you do not want to stand by the stove on these hot days, this does not mean that you will be left without your favorite dessert.

Melting cream cheesecake with fresh berries and a delicate chocolate “test” is prepared in just 20 minutes, and most importantly – it does not need to be baked. The original design of the cake will leave no doubt to friends and family: you are a born master of confectionery art!

Fast berry cheesecake recipeGotta:

Basis:
100g of any sugar cookie
50g butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder slide
50g bitter chocolate
1 biscuit roll with berry filling (200g)

Topping:
300g cream cheese
120g fatty sour cream
300ml fatty cream
150g powdered sugar
half-peel
200g of any seasonal fresh berries
berries and mint for decoration

How to cook:

1. Break cookies into small pieces.





2. Butter melt and mix with cocoa to a homogeneous mass.





3. Add the butter and chocolate mixture to the liver.



It is good to rub with your hands so that there are no lumps left.



4. Add finely chopped chocolate and stir.





5. Put the mass in the form, as should be tamped and removed in the freezer for 10 minutes.

6. For filling in a large bowl fold cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and lemon peel.



Beat at the average speed of the mixer for 2 minutes, then add cream and continue whipping for another 30 seconds.



It should be a thick and lush cream.



7. Cut the roll and spread out along the side.





8. Put in the form of filling, alternating with fresh berries.



Straighten the top of the cake with a spatula.





9. Put cheesecake in the fridge for a few hours (ideally overnight).

10. Before being removed from the mold, hold for 15 minutes at room temperature.



Decorate the berries and serve.
