Salad with smoked salmon and pomegranate grains

300g hot-smoked salmon

2 tbsp pomegranate grains
parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon (or lime)
1 tbsp liquid honey

How to cook:

1. Cut the potatoes into small slices. Break the salmon with your hands or fork into large pieces. Red onions cut with a thin straw, parsley shallowly cut.

4 medium cucumbers
350g boiled or smoked chicken
2 tbsp pickled ginger
40g lollo rosso salad

Refueling:
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp wasabi
2–3 tbsp roasted sesame

How to cook:

1. Cucumbers cut in thin circles, and chicken - small slices.

2. Mix all the ingredients for filling.

3. Mix cucumbers with ginger, chicken, add a dressing, stir again and sprinkle with lettuce leaves.

Fast potato cutlets

(for 4 servings)
600g boiled potatoes
1 can of seedless olives
thyme
4 cloves of garlic
lemon juice
1 chicory cock
2 tbsp olive
5-6 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp ground crackers
salt, pepper

How to cook:

1. Grind the potatoes, add heavily chopped olives, thyme leaves, salt, perch and stir. Form from the resulting mass of small cutlets, collapse them in crackers and roast in olive oil on both sides to a golden color. 2 minutes before the end, add largely sliced garlic to the pan.

2. Finished cutlets serve with olives and chicory leaves, sprinkling lemon juice.

White canned beans and bacon soup Recipe for White Conserved Bean and Bacon Soup Gotta:
(for 4 servings)
3 cans of canned white beans
100g bacon
150ml beef broth
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 parsley branches

How to cook:

1. Grind bacon with a knife along with garlic.

2. The soup pot is good to warm up and quickly roast bacon with garlic in vegetable oil in it.

3. Pour in the pan broth and beans from the jar along with the liquid. Dilute 100 ml of boiling water. Bring to a boil, add chopped parsley and remove from the fire.

4. Serve with croutons.

Thai-style vegetables

Recipe of Vegetables in Thai Style Gotta:
(4 servings)
1 zucchini (or zucchini)
2 Bulgarian peppers
100g pod young pea
300g oysters
1 red bulb
2 cloves of garlic
5 sprigs of parsley
4 tbsp Thai sweet sauce (or a finely sliced chili pepper pod and 1 tbsp honey)
5 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp vegetable oil
salt to taste

How to cook:

1. Chop all vegetables in long bars. The oysters remove the lower rough part, the hats are large to pick with your hands. Cut the red onion with straw.

2. In a hot wok pour vegetable oil and roast oysters, zucchini and Bulgarian pepper for 4 minutes. Add peas, red onions, finely sliced garlic, fry for another 2 minutes. Pour soy sauce, Thai sweet sauce, add finely sliced parsley, salt, mix. The dish is ready.
