Fast food-Tuscan from Jamie Oliver

Everyone used to blame fast food... but fast food junk food alike! The Bánh mì recipe from Jamie Italian accents, but it's Vietnamese fast food.

Yes, it's the easiest thing : Bánh mì is a Vietnamese fast food, the baguette with different Goodies to Vietnamese taste. Somehow, in the days of the colonies, the French got taught the local population to their baguettes, Vietnamese liked them…
They began to prepare sandwiches with the filling to your taste…

Bánh mì is eaten in Vietnam for Breakfast, and for lunch – it all depends on the toppings.

Often sell Bánh mì sellers driving around on bicycles and deliver your goods to consumers fresh.

Most often Bánh mì cook with meat – definitely hepatic Vietnamese sausage and pork belly from the grill. And of course – lots of vegetables and sauce.
But there are other fillings, including vegetarian.

Jamie is preparing Bánh mì under the slogan “Vietnam-Italian friendship” – combining the capabilities of the two cuisines.

For this recipe it is important to marinate the meat in advance.
