Mini house on a tropical island less than 50 thousand dollars

Mini house built by the company Signatuour Tiny House, located on St. George's island in Florida. Technically, it is a "house on wheels" with a surrounding wooden terrace. The facility is connected to a centralized water supply system and provided by independent sources of energy, including solar panels and high-efficiency generators. According to the owners, the total cost of the house amounted to about 50 000 US dollars.
