Spinach soup with cheese
Spinach, unfortunately, still not very popular in our menu. Besides the fact that it contains almost the entire periodic table, it is still very tasty. A perfect dish for those who care about their health and follow the figure. SPINACH SOUP WITH Saramago:
1.5 l of water
1 kg fresh spinach (you can substitute frozen)
1 onion
100 g of grated Parmesan
30 g butter
1 egg
200 ml low-fat cream
Croutons:
4 garlic cloves
1 sprig of thyme
ciabatta
olive oil
salt – to taste
How to cook:
1. In a saucepan melt the butter, add the finely chopped onion, spinach leaves. Fry, then add salt.
2. Mix cream, egg and Parmesan.
3. Pour in soup, water and cream and egg mixture, mix vigorously in a minute remove from heat.
4. For ciabatta toast, cut into small cubes. Fry whole peeled garlic cloves in olive oil to flavor the oil. Add ciabbata and fresh thyme. Fry until Golden brown.
5. Serve the soup with croutons.published
