Exquisite pumpkin and ham salad
An exquisite salad that cannot be resisted. Branded family recipe artist Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov shared with us.
Salad recipe with pulp and vetch:
(for 1 serving)
pumpkin
5-6 strips of Parma ham
arugula
pumpkin seeds
5-6 dried tomatoes
parmesan for decoration
Marinad:
balsamic
olive-oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
0.5 tsp coriander
1 clove of garlic
Refueling:
balsamic
olive-oil
salt
pepper
How to cook:
1. Slice the pumpkin in medium-sized cubes.
2. For marinade, mix the balsamic with olive oil and finely chopped garlic, coriander, pepper and salt. Thoroughly rub the mixture into the pumpkin and leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
3. Warm the oven to 200°C. On a bowl lined with foil or baking paper, lay out pieces of pumpkin and bake for 15 minutes.
4. On the serving dish lay out arugula, dried tomatoes, Parma ham, rolled up with roses, baked pumpkin. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
5. For dressing, mix balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper; sprinkle salad.
6. Decorate with strips of parmesan.
