How to cook vegetable pizza
Wonderful, very useful alternative to traditional pizza. The cake prepared without flour and yeast, only flour made from chickpeas. Surprisingly, the dough remains tender, very aromatic and of course delicious. You can make the pizza vegan, if you take vegan cheese. A small portion, as it needs to fit in a standard pan, but if You use a baking sheet or a broader form, the recipe can easily be doubled.
Cooking? Try!
We need: (1 small pizza)
For the test
1/2 Cup flour of chickpeas (250g Cup)
125 ml water
2 tbsp olive oil + some for frying
1/2 tsp dry garlic
1/2 tsp herbs of Provence / Provence di herb
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the filling
1/2 large Portobello mushroom
1/6 zucchini
2-3 olives
1 sun-dried tomato
Vegan or regular cheese
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F.
If You have no prepared flour, make it yourself.
Combine all ingredients for crust and let stand 30 minutes.
Grease the pan with olive oil and divided the dough.
Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. The cake should be lightly browned and easy to move away from the pan.
Slice all for the filling.
Lay the layers on the finished cake and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Ready!

P. S. If the pizza turned out a little hard, cover it with a lid and the cake will be soft in a moment.
