Recipes for winter: classic Lecho
The long winter evenings, opening a jar Lecho own production, you will experience the unique flavor of fabulous summer, and endless darkness and the cold will cease to seem so unbearable. RECIPE CLASSIC Leonado:
1.5 kg of tomatoes
Onions-500 g
500 g carrots
2 tbsp olive oil

1/3 Cup of vinegar 6%
1/3 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup vegetable oil
salt – to taste
How to cook:
1. Tomatoes wash, cut, pour boiling water for one minute.
Put under cold water and peel. To grate or mince.
To shift the mass into the pan, bring to boil, reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 hour.
2. Onion cut into half rings.
Carrots to chop thin straws.
In skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat quickly fry the onions and carrots. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Peppers wash, remove seeds and partitions and cut into pieces of arbitrary order (we prefer large pieces).
In a large pot boil water and put peppers in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water.
4. Tomatoes ready to enter the vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, salt. Add onions and carrots, peppers and stir. Cook 15 minutes on medium heat, not forgetting to stir.
Be sure to try in the end, so that the amount of salt or sugar to suit your taste.
5. Hot to expand Lecho in sterilized jars, roll up. Flip the jars upside down, cover with blanket and leave for 8-10 hours.
