How to cook low calorie pancake without flour
To make pancakes, for this recipe do not need a single gram of flour. Be sure to try those pancakes, they may become your favorite.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp. oatmeal
1 tbsp. semolina
500 ml of kefir
3 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD of PREPARATION:Mix oats and semolina. Pour kefir. Stir and leave for 2 hours.
Whisk the eggs, add to the bowl. Add salt, sugar and soda. Add the butter and stir. You should have not very thick dough, which you can fry pancakes.
