Preparation
  1. Pre-remove kefir from the refrigerator to warm up to room temperature. Then you sift through the flour.

  4. Add salt and half kefir. Carefully stirring, gradually pour sifted flour until you get a homogeneous, without lumps, dough.
  5. Now add the rest of the kefir and extinguished vinegar or lemon juice soda. You mix a few more minutes, infuse vegetable oil, thoroughly stir the resulting mass. Put the kettle and pan on the fire. The pan should warm up, and boiling water should be added to the dough. Just before the baking. Quickly mix everything and start frying pancakes. On butter.

Preparation
  1. You seed the flour, wash the eggs. Mix raw eggs with salt and sugar, add half a glass of milk, then flour and gently mix the thick dough without a single lump.
  2. A mixer or blender will do just fine. Gradually dilute the resulting dough with the rest of the milk, without stopping stirring, and pour a little vegetable oil.



Be sure to let the dough stand for half an hour, stir it several times. Vegetable oil is in the dough - you can fry pancakes without adding oil to a hot pan. Pouring another portion of dough for frying, first stir its entire mass. You can turn the pancake with a spatula.





If desired, you can add a tablespoon of vodka or cognac. Pay attention: for each glass of milk goes 1 egg and 100 g of flour. If you take more or less milk than indicated in the recipe (3 cups), adjust the amount of other products accordingly. The filling for these pancakes can be any.
