Pancakes thin openwork with holes in milk Ingredients
- 1 l milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4-5 tbsp. l of vegetable oil
- 400g flour
- 6g dry yeast
Preparation
- In the bowl pour 0.5 liters of warm milk, pour sugar and salt.
- Add dry yeast to the bowl. Get your balls in there. Stir it to uniformity.
- Pour sifted flour, pour vegetable oil. Stir until the flour lumps dissolve completely. 416373
- Pour the remaining warm milk and stir again. Cover the bowl with a lid or kitchen towel. Leave in a warm meth for 40 minutes to climb.
