Oatmeal with coconut milk

1 Cup rolled oats
1.5 cups of coconut milk
1 Cup water
1 pinch sea salt

Nuts, coconut, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, fresh or frozen strawberries, Goji berries.

Mix the coconut milk and water in a saucepan, add oats, bring to boil and simmer. Stir until then, until the porridge thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Fill the bowls and garnish with nuts, berries, seeds.





Breakfast with Chia seeds and berries

Cup thawed raspberries

A pinch of vanilla

3 tbsp coconut

3 tbsp Chia seeds

Cup vegetable milk

Fruits, berries and seeds for decoration

Mash berries in a bowl with a fork, add vanilla, coconut, Chia seeds. Pour the milk and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight, then serve, garnished with fruits, nuts and seeds.





Overnight Oats: orange vanilla

400 ml of Hercules (a Cup and three quarters)

1 tsp vanilla extract

400 ml orange juice (about 4 oranges)

½ Cup of sunflower seeds and pumpkin

Cup water for soaking

4 tablespoons shredded coconut, lightly toasted

Dates, nuts, berries for serving

 

In the evening, mix the oatmeal and vanilla, add fruit juice and mix well. Place the seeds in a bowl and cover with water, put both bowls in the fridge overnight. In the morning put a couple of spoonfuls of soaked seeds in 4 jars or glasses, and top with oatmeal, and fruits and coconut.





Porridge of green buckwheat

Cup/240 ml green buckwheat groats + water for soaking

Cup walnuts + water for soaking

2 green Apple

The juice of one orange

½ Tsp ground cardamom

½ Tsp vanilla extract

Pomegranate seeds, dried apricots, bee pollen, coconut shavings, for decoration.

 

Place buckwheat and nuts in two separate bowls, cover with water and allow to steep for one hour, but preferably overnight. Then rinse well place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Put into bowls, garnish with pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes or the fact that you have at home.





Banana granola

3 cups oatmeal;

½ Cup coarsely chopped raw almonds;

½ Cup raw pumpkin seeds;

¼ Tsp vanilla extract;

pinch of sea salt;

3 tbsp coconut oil;

3 tbsp maple or date syrup;

2 very ripe banana;

Preheat the oven to 200°C, cover with parchment paper. Mix in one container oatmeal, almonds, pumpkin seeds, vanilla extract, salt, the other with a mash banana, add syrup, oil. Then combine all ingredients and hand of a well-mix everything well. Spoon the mixture onto the paper evenly, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.published
