Everyone knows that the classic Olivier is the storm all losing weight. We also want to be slim and attractive, so figured out how to upgrade favorite salad and make it fashionable, useful and low-calorie.

And don't think the salad without meat and mayonnaise is same as ear without fish or borscht without beets. RECIPE VEGETABLE SALAD

What you need:

  • 6 small boiled potatoes
  • 3 small boiled carrots
  • 6 pickles (can be combined with fresh cucumbers)
  • 2 small onions
  • 200 gr. green peas
  • 200 gr. beans, you can substitute mushrooms or rice
  • large bunch of dill
  • 200 g lean homemade mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper – to taste
How to make vegetable salad:

1. Potatoes, carrots and cucumbers cut into small cubes. Onion – chop it as thin as possible. Fold the vegetables in a bowl. Add the peas and beans without liquid (haters of beans put in a salad mushrooms, or rice).

2. Chop the dill and add to the salad.

3. Mayonnaise, stir, add salt and pepper (if needed).
