Bruschetta with tomatoes and avocado — simple recipe.


Roasted on coals ciabatta — 120 g
The Azerbaija tomatoes — 1 PC.
Avocado — 1 PC.
Oregano — 2 g
Basil — 10 g
Olive oil — 20 ml
Balsamic vinegar — 10 ml
Salt — 2 g
Ground black pepper — 2 g


1. Slice the tomatoes and avocado in small cubes.
2. Tomatoes and avocado mix with olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
3. Put the mixture without resulting juice into the pre-roasted on the coals ciabatta
4. Slice the tomatoes and avocado in small cubes
5. Serve garnished with the Basil.
