Recipe on the run. That is quite simple, fast and easy. From what was at hand — and young cucumbers, red currants and a bunch of garden herbs. Pickled cucumbers have a bit boring, and pickled more is not really reached. So — a half-measure, quick pickles. The most important thing here is to taste the pickle taste, so it was nice. And correct it in their own way. The proportions given are approximate. Quick pickled cucumbers with red currant
for the marinade:
1 liter of water
50 ml Apple cider vinegar
1 heaped tablespoon of coarse salt
2 tbsp sugar

Cucumbers
A handful of red currants
Bay leaf
Garlic
Leaf currant
Oak leaf
The umbrellas of dill
Red hot pepper
Horseradish leaves

Wash cucumbers, trim the ends on both sides, cover with cold water at least half an hour. Red currants wash and dry.
