Chocolate truffles in cocoa





Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • Dark chocolate — 500 g
  • Butter — 25 g
  • Cream 35% — 210 ml
  • Cocoa powder — to taste
Preparation:

1. In a small saucepan pour the cream and put on medium heat. When the cream has heated up, add the butter, stir with a spoon and bring mixture to a simmer. Remove from the heat.
2. To break the tiles of dark chocolate and throw in a saucepan with the hot cream. Whisk gently stir the chocolate until dissolved. Pour the mixture into a bowl and cool.
3. Using two teaspoons or just with your hands roll out chocolate balls the size of a walnut. The mass does not stick to the spoons and fingers, they can periodically moisten with warm water.
4. In a clean dry bowl, pour the cocoa powder and roll the balls in it. Put the balls on a wide dish or small baking tray covered with baking paper.
5. The finished truffles store in the fridge — at room temperature chocolate to harden can't. Before serving the truffles again sprinkle with cocoa powder and place on a plate.published
