Vegetable cutlets with feta and yogurt sauce
These cakes are not just delicious. They have one secret ingredient, thanks to which you will be able to lose weight.
What you need:

How to prepare :
1. Clean the carrots and squash from the rind (and zucchini from seeds) and grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 5 minutes to rid of excess fluid. Then need to discard the grated vegetables in a colander to finally get rid of the unnecessary moisture.
2. Suluguni cheese to grate on a coarse grater and put in the bowl with zucchini and carrots. To break there eggs and add chopped parsley.
3. From the bread to make crumbs in a blender and send them into the dough. All mix well, season with salt and pepper.
4. To form patties, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil.
