Pie with salmon
Prepare a simple but delicious fish pie. Pink salmon in the recipe you can substitute other fish to taste.
Ingredients:

Salmon mash with a fork. Divide the yolks and whites. First stir in the egg yolks, salt, cheese, bran and baking powder. Separately, whisk until a thick foam proteins. Slowly enter the proteins in the mixture with the yolks and stir everything gently to get a homogeneous mass.
