Savory potatoes baked in milk with cumin

Try to cook spicy potatoes with cumin — very tasty, simple and fast!

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • potatoes, 500 g
  • milk, 0.5 l
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • butter, 100 g
  • cumin, 5-10 g
You can add

  • cheese, 200 g
  • dill, a bunch of




 

Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or slices (as you wish).

2. Add to potatoes with salt, pepper and cumin. Mix well.

3. Put the entire mixture in a ceramic or cast iron pot.

4. Pour the milk, put on top the sliced piece of butter.

5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes (depending on potato varieties cooking times may vary).

6. 20 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese (optional). published
