A wonderful set of Qigong exercises for vision - correcting farsightedness and myopia
This set of exercises became known in Russia thanks to Professor of Peking University Li Jischeng.
It is designed to prevent, correct, and restore vision, although you can successfully practice it as a general-impact Qigong.
The complex is built so that you naturally relax the visual muscles, and restore vision.
Practice takes 15-20 minutes.
Performing it twice a day, you will become better to see in 3-4 weeks, and then, most likely, part with glasses.
Equally effective for correcting farsightedness and myopia.
With proper, accurate execution, there are no contraindications.
Of course, one cannot guarantee one hundred percent results in all cases. Everyone has different violations, different causes. But it is noted, for example, that this Qigong gives a steady progressive tendency to recovery even with retinal detachment.
