Salad of raw cauliflower — quick, tasty and healthy!
If cauliflower grind in a blender, it turns into "rice" which I love advocates healthy eating and the paleo diet: no gluten, no fast carbs.
INGREDIENTS
Step 2 Disassemble the cauliflower into florets and slice them. Add the florets to the bowl of a food processor and chop pulsed into a fine crumb resembling rice or couscous.
Step 3 Put the rice on a dish, sprinkle with lemon juice, pour most of the dressing. Sprinkle chopped almonds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds, mint leaves or cilantro. Pour the remaining dressing and leave for 10-15 minutes to infuse. published
