I am very interested in the cauliflower salad with orange and almonds. Seemed very strange this combination, especially that the salad is not salty. I decided to try an experiment.
How to cook:
- 500 gr. cauliflower,
- 1 orange,
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar,
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- a handful of roasted almonds.
Cabbage you need to boil, it is better for a couple.
Orange clean, divided into slices and cut into pieces. To put color to the boiled cabbage. The resulting orange juice too to add to the salad.
Then season the salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Almond crumble with a knife and add to the salad.
Stir and serve.
About the taste I can say that because of the large amount of balsamic vinegar, the salad turns out very successful and without salt. Orange gives sweetness, vinegar acidity and nuts are crunchy. A discreet sweet-sour taste.published
Cook with love!
