1. Runs sitting. Shut your eyes tight for 3-5 seconds and then open them for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 6-8 times.

2. Runs sitting. Fast blink for 1-2 minutes.

5. Runs sitting. Three fingers of both hands lightly press on both the upper eyelid. Remove your fingers from the eyelids within 1 to 2 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times.
Exercise improves the circulation of intraocular fluid. It helps slow the heart rate during tachycardia. published
