How to cook tomato muffins
So bright, delicious, unusual muffins. From the tomatoes. The smell of them mad, the taste is sweet.
Ingredients (for 6 muffins):
How to prepare:
Flour mixed with salt, black pepper, paprika and baking powder. Add rosemary.
Separately mix the egg, yogurt and vegetable oil.
Add the egg mixture into the flour (i.e. liquid ingredients into dry ingredients).
Mix well, adding the Parmesan.
Tins greased with butter, put the dough in them.
Tomatoes cut in half and also lay on the molds, over the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.published

- 50 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 60 gr of Parmesan
