These juices replace medication from high blood pressure

Long known about the healing properties of vegetable and other juices that improve health, lower blood pressure, calm the nervous system and restore sleep.

1. Potato juice. Tuber medium size thoroughly cleaned with a brush under running water. Grate with the peel on a small grater, squeeze the juice and drink on an empty stomach with sediment.



2. To cook 1 Cup carrot juice, 1/2 Cup celery, 3 tbsp of parsley juice and 1 tablespoon of spinach juice, mix well. Take 3-4 times a day.

3. To cook 1 Cup of carrot juice, 2/3 Cup beet , and the same cucumber, mix well. Take 3 times a day for 25-30 minutes before eating.

4. 1 Cup of carrot juice mixed with 2/3 Cup spinach juice. Accept 3 times a day.



5. 2 cups of beet juice mixed with 1 Cup honey. Take 2 tbsp. spoon 3 times daily before meals.

6. 4 tuber potatoes and 1 beet is thoroughly washed, cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater. Squeeze juice. Take 1 incomplete glass in the morning before eating.

7. To cook 1 Cup beet or carrotjuice, add 1 teaspoon of garlic juice, mix well. Take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day before meals.

8. Take 2 stalks of celery and 1 bunch parsley, minced in a blender or grinder, squeeze the juice. 4 carrots and 1 clove of garlic clean, grate on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. All mix and take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.



9. Tomato juice, prepared at home, take 1 glass 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

10. Clean 1 large onion, grate on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals, mixed with a small amount of honey. This tool is contraindicated for those who have problems with liver or pancreas.
