of garlic clean, grate on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. All mix and take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Tomato juice, prepared at home, take 1 glass 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

10. Clean 1 large
