Ingredients:

  • 2 large red peppers

  • 2 large yellow sweet peppers

  • 1 large orange sweet pepper

  • 500 g buckwheat honey

  • 2 sprigs of very fresh rosemary

  • 100 ml fresh orange juice

  • 70 ml raspberry or red wine vinegar

  • olive oil "extra virgin"

  • a pinch of salt

 

How to prepare:

Step 1

Cut all the peppers into quarters, remove the stalk with the core. Very carefully cut out all the partitions.

Step 2

Lubricate each piece of pepper oil from the skin. Cover a baking sheet with foil, lay peppers skin up. Preheat the grill oven to the maximum (do not include neither the convection nor the bottom of the oven). Place baking sheet directly under the grill and wait until the skin is pomicnim.

Fold the hot peppers in the bowl, tighten the film and leave for 10 minutes, then remove the skin. Cut the peppers in slices of 1.5 cm.
