Soups recipes to detoxify the body

In Ayurveda considerable attention is given to cleanse the body from all kinds of toxins. The cleansing process of unwanted toxins, combining a series of treatments called Panchakarma. Ayurvedic recipes to detoxify

recipe 1

  • ¼ Cup of basmati rice
  • 6-8 cups of filtered/clean water
  • ¼ Cup of grated carrots
  • ½ Cup chopped Kale
  • ¼ Cup beets, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of grated white radish
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • ½ Tsp finely chopped ginger
  • Salt to taste
Cooking

Wash and dry the rice. Pour the water into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil

In boiling water add the rice, vegetables, ginger, cumin and coriander.

Mix well. Close the pan with a lid and boil for an hour and a half. Add salt and pepper to the finished dish

Mash all the ingredients on the walls of the pan (this can be done with a ladle).Strain the soup and garnish with chopped coriander. Soup you need to eat hot.



recipe 2
  • 4-6 cups of filtered/clean water
  • ¼ Cup sliced carrots
  • ¼ Cup chopped celery
  • 6-8 corns black pepper
  • 1-2 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • ¼ Teaspoon of turmeric
  • ½ Tsp salt (optional)
Cooking

Pour the water into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.In boiling water add all the ingredients, close the pan with a lid and cook until tender. Mash all the ingredients. Strain the soup and eat it hot.

  • 1H.spoon svezhenanesennoj cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Cooking
To wash the rice. Pour the water into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
In boiling water add all the ingredients, close the pan with a lid and cook until tender.
Strain the soup, garnish it with cilantro. Soup should warm or at room temperature. published
