Mackerel on the grill with lemon
The recipe for a picnic: Learn how to cook delicious grilled mackerel
Mackerel on the grill gives a very aromatic and always delicious. Try it!
Mackerel on the grill - ingredients:
2 medium-sized mackerel,
2 lemons,
2 tbsp. olive oil,
2 branches of thyme,
2 branches of rosemary,
white pepper to taste,
salt to taste
Mackerel on a grill - cooking:
Gutted mackerel fish and rinse well under cold running water. The skin on the fish make the width of 3-4 incision depth of about 1 cm with a uniform spacing between them.
Cut the lemons in half. From half a lemon squeeze the juice, the other half less often poludolkami. 2 halves leave the rest to the grill.
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Take mackerel from the grill and serve immediately, pouring juice, fish baked lemons.
