Ingredients:

Big cup of yogurt 1% fat (about 300 ml).

1 tablespoon flax meal.
1 teaspoon cocoa powder.

About 50 ml of boiling water (steam to prune).
How to prepare:

Mix that all the ingredients are friends, that there are no lumps. Now swelled prunes with a little water in a blender grind puree. You can, of course, chop, but the consistency of mashed potatoes softer, more pleasant.

Add the prunes to kefir mixture, stir.

Put a cocktail for 5 minutes in the refrigerator. Now drink some more watery, and a few minutes bran swell, a cocktail will be so pleased with dense, saturated.
